ü      When you’re ready, take the test by clicking the last item in the main menu, Take The Test.

Before the test opens, you’ll need to complete a short registration form, including The Bratberg & Bloch's Buyers Ed Code, which is the same as our email address: sbratberg@priority-mortgage.com or Abloch@priority-mortgage.com

Once you complete the registration form, you’ll be taken to the test, where you’ll be asked 18 multiple choice and true/false questions drawn from the Buyers Ed material.  

The test isn’t timed.  You can exit and finish later.  You need to answer 14 out of 18 questions correctly in order to pass and earn your Certificate of Achievement.

What happens next: 

ü      If you pass the test, a Certificated of Achievement will be forwarded to The Bratberg & Bloch Team.

We may have instructed MGIC to forward a copy of your Certificate of Achievement to you.  If so, look for an e-mail message from mgic@hostedware.com that contains a link to your certificate.  You may need to check your junk/bulk mailbox.  Contact us to talk about your next step.

ü      If you do not pass the test, don’t worry!  Review the Buyers Ed material at www.mgichome.com and try again.
